You can say

- "It supports nasal breathing during training and overnight."
- "It may help with snoring that starts with a blocked nose."
- "Here's my honest experience after a few weeks."
Please don't say
- "Cures / treats / prevents sleep apnoea or snoring."
- "Clinically proven" or any specific health outcome.
- "Boosts oxygen, VO₂ or performance."
- Anything framing it as a medical device or treatment.
The short version
- No bidding on brand terms. Please don't run paid search on "Airlift" or close variants.
