Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. If your location isn't covered at checkout, we're not able to deliver there yet.

Delivery times

Standard delivery is estimated at 1–2 working days from dispatch. Next-day delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24), which every subscription order uses, aims for the next working day after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary at busy times or because of factors outside our control, such as carrier delays.

Shipping costs

All prices include VAT where applicable. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay, so you can see the total before placing your order.

  • Standard delivery — £5.00. Free on orders of £50 or more.
  • Next-day delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) — £7.00. Aiming for the next working day after dispatch.
  • Subscriptions — free next-day delivery on every order, first box and every refill, with no minimum spend. Checkout applies it for you.

Dispatch times

We dispatch on working days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 3:30pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at the weekend, or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

Tracking your order

Where tracking is available, we'll send you the details by email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its progress.

If your order is delayed or lost

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check any tracking link we sent you. If it still hasn't turned up, contact us at support@airliftbreathing.co.uk with your order number and we'll look into it and put things right. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by a delivery delay.
