Refunds & cancellations
Our guarantee, your statutory rights, and how to return something. Your legal rights as a UK consumer always apply, and are explained clearly below.
Last updated: 30 June 2026 · Back to home
1. Our 90-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you've tried Airlift and it isn't right for you, contact us within 90 days of receiving your order and we'll refund the full price you paid, and cover the cost of returning it, so it costs you nothing. This is a goodwill promise we offer on top of your legal rights, and it never replaces or reduces them.
To claim, email us at support@airliftbreathing.co.uk with your order number and we'll talk you through the next steps.
2. Your statutory 14-day right to cancel
Separately from, and in addition to, our guarantee, you have a legal right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, because you are buying at a distance (online).
- You have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to tell us you wish to cancel, for any reason.
- To cancel, give us a clear statement that you want to cancel, for example, by emailing support@airliftbreathing.co.uk. You can use the model cancellation form, but you don't have to.
- After telling us, you then have 14 days to return the goods.
- We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you providing proof that you've sent them, whichever is sooner.
- We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery cost. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we only have to refund the standard cost.
- We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value if the goods have been handled more than was necessary to check they're as expected.
3. Faulty or misdescribed goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something is faulty or not as described:
- If you tell us within 30 days of receiving the goods, you can ask for a full refund.
- After 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement, and to a refund if that isn't possible.
- For faulty goods, we cover the cost of return postage.
4. How to return items and who pays postage
To start a return, email support@airliftbreathing.co.uk with your order number and we'll give you the return address and instructions. Please return items in a condition that lets us assess them.
- Faulty or misdescribed goods: we pay return postage.
- 90-day money-back guarantee returns: we cover return postage, so a guarantee return costs you nothing.
- Statutory 14-day cancellations (your legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013): you are responsible for the cost of return postage, though in practice our 90-day guarantee above already covers it.
We recommend getting proof of postage, as you're responsible for the goods until they reach us.
5. Refund timescales
Once your refund is approved, we process it to your original payment method. For statutory cancellations, the timescales in section 2 apply. For other refunds, we aim to process them promptly; it can then take a few working days for your bank or card provider to show the money.
6. Cancelling a subscription
If you have a subscription, you can skip, pause, change or cancel anytime. There's no minimum term. You can manage this through your account, or by emailing support@airliftbreathing.co.uk. To make sure a change applies to your next order, please make it before that order is processed. Cancelling stops future orders; it doesn't automatically refund an order that's already been dispatched, though your rights above still apply to it.
7. Questions
If anything here isn't clear, email support@airliftbreathing.co.uk and we'll help.
