1. Who we are

Airlift is a trading name operated by Bonsai Brands Ltd, registered at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, company number 16102848. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Airlift. You can contact us at support@airliftbreathing.co.uk.

2. About these terms

These terms govern your use of our website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Buying from us

Purchases are made through our store, which is hosted on Shopify. When you place an order you will also be subject to the checkout terms presented during the purchase, and your contract of sale is formed at that point. Those checkout terms, together with our Refunds & cancellations and Shipping & returns pages, apply to your order alongside these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

4. About the product

Airlift is a reusable magnetic clip and skin-safe stickers that gently hold the nostrils open. It is intended for general wellbeing and comfort. Airlift is not a medical device and is not a treatment for any medical condition. If you have concerns about your sleep, breathing or health, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional. Please follow any usage guidance provided with the product.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse it, for example, by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with how it works, or using it in a way that could harm us or other users.

6. Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, images, logos, branding and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our permission, except as allowed by law.

7. Pricing and availability

We try to keep prices, descriptions and availability accurate, but they may change. Products may sell out or be withdrawn. If we discover an obvious pricing error after you order, we will contact you before processing the order so you can confirm or cancel.

8. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, you are signing up to a recurring order that is billed automatically at the interval shown at checkout. You can skip, pause, change or cancel anytime through your account or by contacting us. For how cancellations and refunds work, see our Refunds & cancellations page.

If we change subscription prices, we will give you advance notice by email before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before your next renewal if you do not wish to continue at the new price.

9. Product warranty

Your magnetic clip carries a lifetime warranty. If the clip fails in normal use, we will replace it free of charge, for as long as you, the original purchaser, own it.

How the cover starts depends on which system you bought. Ultimate orders include the lifetime warranty automatically, with nothing for you to do. On every other order, the lifetime warranty applies once you register your clip, which you need to do within 30 days of delivery at airliftbreathing.co.uk/register. Registering is free and takes a minute. If you do not register within that time, the clip is not covered by this warranty. Your statutory rights are not affected either way.

Once the cover applies it stays with the clip for as long as you own it, whether or not you still have a plan. The warranty is personal to you and is not transferable, so it does not pass to anyone you sell or give the clip to. It covers the reusable clip only, not the single-use stickers or other consumables, and it does not cover damage from misuse, accident, or normal cosmetic wear.

A clip that has been lost rather than failed is covered separately by Lost Clip Cover in section 10 below. This is a commercial guarantee and is separate from the 90-Night Airlift Test, our money-back guarantee (see our Refunds & cancellations page). To claim, email support@airliftbreathing.co.uk with your order number. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.

10. Lost Clip Cover (Annual plans)

Annual plans include Lost Clip Cover. If your magnetic clip is lost, email us and we will send a replacement free of charge, once per person on the plan in each 12-month plan year. A single plan therefore carries one replacement a year, and a Duo plan carries two, one for each person. An unused replacement does not carry over into the following year. We will send the same size and colour where we have it in stock, and the closest alternative where we do not.

Lost Clip Cover applies to the reusable clip only, not to stickers, prep pads, mouth tape or other consumables. It covers a clip that has been lost, which is a different promise from the lifetime warranty in section 9 above, which covers a clip that has failed. Both are separate again from the 90-Night Airlift Test, our money-back guarantee (see our Refunds & cancellations page).

This is a commercial guarantee that runs with an active Annual plan. You can claim at any time while the plan is running, and the cover ends when the plan ends. To claim, email support@airliftbreathing.co.uk with your order number. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.

11. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for any rights you have under consumer protection law. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for losses arising from your failure to follow the usage guidance provided with the product.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
