The 90-Night Airlift Test We'll refund every penny

Mobile messaging terms

What we text you, how often, what it costs and how to stop. These are the terms for text messages specifically. Our general terms of service cover buying from us.

1. About this programme

Airlift is a trading name operated by Bonsai Brands Ltd, registered at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, company number 16102848. These terms govern the Airlift mobile messaging programme, which sends SMS and RCS messages to customers who have given us their mobile number. They sit alongside our general terms of service, and they are the terms that apply to text messages specifically.

2. What we send

Recurring automated promotional and personalised marketing messages about Airlift. That means fitting help in your first weeks, reminders before your prep pads run out, delivery updates, cart reminders if you start a checkout and do not finish it, product news and offers. We may also send service messages about an order you have placed.

Our checkout is hosted by Shopify and its checkout cookies keep track of what is in your basket, which is how we know a basket has been abandoned. There is no basket on this website itself. Our privacy policy sets that out in full.

3. How you join, and how you decline

There are two ways to join, and you are never joined without doing one of them.

Registering your clip. Give us your mobile number at airliftbreathing.co.uk/register and that is what subscribes you. There is no separate box to tick on that page: the number field is the choice. If you would rather not receive text messages, leave it blank. It is optional, your warranty registration completes exactly the same way without it, and nothing else about your order or your cover changes.

At checkout. Tick the box offering text messages when you place an order. That box is never ticked for you, and leaving it alone means you get no marketing texts.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Neither route affects what you pay, what you receive, or any cover you hold.

Where you registered a clip, we also rely on the fact that you have bought a similar product from us and were given the chance to decline at the point we asked, which is what UK law calls the soft opt-in. Either way, you can withdraw at any time using the instructions in section 5.

4. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. We do not send to a fixed schedule, and how often you hear from us depends on where you are in your first weeks with the clip and whether you are on a plan.

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for messages, but your mobile network may, depending on your plan and on whether you are roaming.

5. How to stop, and how to get help

Reply STOP to any message, or use the unsubscribe link that every message carries. Either one removes you, and you will get no further marketing texts.

The unsubscribe link always works. STOP works where your handset and our sender support replies, so if you are not sure, use the link.

Reply HELP for assistance, or email us at support@airliftbreathing.co.uk, which always reaches us.

Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of email, and opting out of email does not opt you out of text messages. To stop both, use the unsubscribe link in any text and in any email, or email support and we will do it for you.

6. Devices, carriers and delivery

The programme uses RCS where your handset and network support it, and falls back to standard SMS where they do not. Not every device or network supports every feature, and message delivery depends on your carrier.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that any given message will arrive, so please do not rely on a text message reaching you for anything time critical.

7. Your data

We use your mobile number to run this programme and for nothing else. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do use processors to deliver the messages, and they may only act on our instructions.

Our privacy policy explains what we hold, why we hold it, how long we keep it and the rights you have over it.

8. Eligibility

You must be 16 or over and the account holder or authorised user of the mobile number you give us.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed, and continuing to receive messages after a change means the updated terms apply.
